Changing Link Settings/Formats

To change the links colors, decoration, background, etc do one of the following:

Just incase, "letter spacing" means how far apart the letters are from eachother and "line height" means how much space/how tall you want to have for each line of text.
The "link" section is where you display your settings for you link when it's normal. The "hover" section is where you put the settings in for what you want your link to do when your mouse hovers over it.
